1- What is ZeECc?

ZeECc is an online platform where you can legally download musical files. This platform is dedicated to electronic music and specially deep-techno, dub-techno and IDM. ZeECc is a simplified French limited company incorporated as an auto-entreprise (details and administrative information are available on the Contact page). ZeECc sells musical files from artist under a creative commons license. Payments of orders are made via Paypal® (simple, reliable and secured).


2- How can I put my music on ZeECc?

If you think that your music is closed to ZeECc’s sound, you can send us your demo by two different ways: send us your demo CD to our postal address (that you can find on Contact page) or complete the form “License, remix, …” to send us links to your music (download or streaming). Please don’t send us mp3 files directly to email address. In this case, we do not listen files and email will be simply deleted. After listening your works, and if we like them, we will contact you by email. In other case, response is not systematic.



3- How to create a user account?

Before to download files, you must create a user account and give us identity and contact details. During your first order, after “Checkout” your basket, you will have to complete a form. During this stage, you must choose a user name and a password. You will come back on our website and don’t complete another form for each new order by using this personal ID. With this one, you can consult your user account, edit your bills and download our music. You can also create your account by clicking on the "New?" button (at the top page, on the right). All this data are used to edit our bill and to contact you by email. To collect customer details, ZeECc is registered through the CNIL services with the registration number 1342182. Data will be only used as described in article VII of the General Sale Conditions that you can read during each order.



4- I have lost my personal ID?

If you have lost your personal ID to log in the website, you can ask to email it again by clicking the appropriate link in the Session frame. To ask for lost usernam, click on button; to ask for lost password, click on button. If you can’t connect again, you can also use the “Sales problems” form to contact us. A personal response will be send you during the next days.



5- How to buy files on ZeECc?

To buy tracks, just select them in the Catalogue and drop-down menu of the release page. Then, click on “Add To Cart” button, just underneath drop-down menu. Your selection is automatically added in the shopping cart frame. As you want, you can add many tracks or releases. To buy a complete EP or LP, select the last line of the drop-down menu, where you have the Track (All) indication. When you have finish to select your music, click on “Show Cart / Panier” link in the shopping cart frame. Then, you can modify your order and delete item before to confirm it with the “Check Out / Valider” link. In the next page, you will have to log in (if you already have a user account), to complete the user form for new customer, and to confirm your order by clicking on “Confirm / Valider” button. You will be redirected to the Paypal® website for payment.



6- I haven’t a Paypal® account, how can I pay?

On Paypal® website, if you have no account, you have the possibility to pay your order with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or other card accepted on this site). You have just to complete the proposed form with cart number and other information. With some browsers, this form can be reach by clicking on “Continue” link. This no fee when you pay by credit cart. You can also create your personal account on Paypal® for free. ZeECc only works with Paypal® and don’t accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.



7- Can you tell me if the payments are secured?

Payments made on Paypal® are completely secured by this website. You can probably see a closed padlock on your browser to confirm that pages are secured. More of that, only Paypal® manage the payment and ZeECc doesn’t receive your bank or cart information. They just send us if your payment is confirmed or not.



8- How can I download my music?

When our partner confirms your payment, you will receive an email where you can find the name of the track, EP or LP, and a unique download ID. To go on the download page, you can click on the direct link in this email. You can also go to the ZeECc website, on Catalogue section, open your user session (log in), and click on Account in the session frame. Here you will find all your orders, select your current one (Status: Confirmed) and click on View. When your order is open, click on the green arrow to start downloading. The third way is to click on Download in the session frame and to enter your download ID in the grey form before to hit on “Start Download” button.



9- How can I have an invoice?

When you have confirmed your order, you will receive an invoice by email. Paypal® send you a payment notification when your payment is done. At last, you can access to your personal account and have your order details.



10- Why VAT line are always €0.00 ?

It’s normal because all files sale by ZeECc are VAT-exempt as described in the article 293B of the French General Code of Tax.



11- Can I cancel an order?

Due to the possibility to copy files after downloading and as you can read in the article V of our General Sale Condition, you can’t cancel your order after payment. All purchases are firm and definitive and they can’t be subjected to reimbursement, replacement or order cancellation.



12- Can I pay my order later?

Yes, you can pay your order when you want. All orders are recorded in your personal. To make you payment, you need to log in, to click on Account and select your current order (Status: Pending). When this one is opened you will have a Paypal® button to be redirected to the payment form of our partner.



13- What can I do if the download is interrupted?

If you haven’t downloaded a complete file, you can try again. All our files can be downloaded 3 times during 5 days after the first trying. If you still have a problem, please contact us with the “Sales Problems” form in the Contact pages.



14- Why haven’t I received by email order confirmation and download info?

During your purchase, emails are automatically sent directly from our website. So, you must receive a first message just when your order is confirmed, and a second one when our partner confirms your payment. Sometimes, some email services (like Hotmail) put our emails in the spam file or add PROBABLY SPAM comment to our message subject. Please, consult your spam directory. You can also avoid to use your hotmail (or equivalent) email address and prefer your personal ISP address. Despite these advices, if problem still exists, please contact us via the “Sales Problems” form in the Contact pages.



15- What is Creative Commons license?

This license is attached to all our musical files, sold on our website. It describes the using conditions of downloaded tracks, EP or LP, what you can do or not with files. The complete license can be read by clicking the Creative Commons logo, present in Catalogue pages, or by using link written at the bottom of all pages. When you will be redirected to the Creative Commons website you have possibility to select your language.
